This notice explains how Greenstreet MMO handles information you send through the contact form on greenstreetmmo.com. Separate terms and notices apply to any product account.
Who we are
Greenstreet MMO is responsible for the contact information you provide. The company record for this website is FINPAY ONE LTD, company number 17473434, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For privacy questions, email matteo@greenstreetmmo.com.
What we collect
The form asks for your name, business email, company or brand, platform, approximate monthly payment volume, main issue and a message. Your website and X handle are optional. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or identifiable customer records.
Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver the website and run the Turnstile security check, which can include your IP address, browser details and security signals.
How we use it
We use the details you send to read and reply to your enquiry and to follow up on the conversation you started. Sending the form does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Our basis for handling an enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to business communications you request, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Our basis for security checks is our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users.
Services involved
The website and form backend run on Cloudflare. Turnstile verifies each submission on our server before it is accepted. Accepted enquiries are delivered to a private Telegram group used by the Greenstreet team. The form handler does not keep a separate database of submissions or log message contents.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we need them to respond and to manage the business conversation. If you ask us to delete them, we will do so unless we have a legal reason to keep them. We may keep a minimal record that you asked not to be contacted.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and object to or ask us to restrict how we use it, where those rights apply. Email matteo@greenstreetmmo.com, ideally from the address you used in the form. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile loads for form security. The interactive product previews run entirely in your browser and nothing you do in them is sent to us.
Changes
We may update this notice as our services change. The date at the top shows the current version.
